Christmas Money – Earn Fast

Dec-18-2008 By admin

It’s that time of year again and with so many moms out of work, it’s important to have a quick way to earn Christmas Money if you NEED it. So, come on now… who out there can honestly say they don’t NEED more Christmas Money?

And you expect me to believe you???

Well, my good friends, there are a few great ways to earn some fast money for the Holidays if you’re willing to take the time to do it. (And trust me, there isn’t a lot of time left!)

Custom Baking —-
This one is killer delicious, but you have to keep your fingers out of the pot. Get a few killer delicious recipes and bake them up for samples then go to your local food bazaar (or some place where there’s a lot of people) and offer samples. Take orders while you’re there and be sure you get names, addresses, and all the info you’ll need to deliver your goodies. NOPE, they can’t pick them up. These are delivered to their homes (remember, you’re charging extra for delivery) because baking isn’t your business, it’s your hobby and you’re just making some cash for Christmas. You don’t want an address.

However, you do want them to be able to contact you if they just can’t resist your scrumptuous favors later in the year… Give them a card with your website and email address attached inside each delectible delicacy you deliver. In fact, you might even want to print special labels on your computer.

Send out cards —-
Of course there’s still time to send Christmas Cards, they just need to be sent extra fast. Get them out in the next three days, they’re shoe-in’s for the Christmas Eve delivery. Offer to spend the next three days addressing cards for your friends and loved ones, and if… they appreciate your services, they may hire you for Valentine’s Day. Or, make this a year round business and do it for special dates, birthdays, and any other holiday your clients wish to send cards. Charge them a nice round monthly fee to stay in touch with family and friends, they’ll love you forever.

Their mailbox will be brimming over with love they haven’t received in years… If you’d rather just sell the service contact Heidi at Connect Simply.

Last Minute Shopper —-
No gifts yet? The season is in full rush, time is winding down, the stores are jam packed to the brim, and some folks just hate to shop… So, they’ll pay you to do their shopping for them. Consider who might pay you, and pay you WELL to do their Christmas Shopping for them, to save them time, energy, and frustration. Consider the business executive with too much on his plate, a wife, a girl friend, or children and parents to buy for? Yeah, he’s the one.

Determine a price, a time, and your schedule, tell him what you are willing to do and then collect the money. If you’re extremely organized, you may be able to shop for several people at once, sorting and organizing gifts according to customer so you can give them receipts. The best part is, you’ll have plenty of money to shop for your own family and friends.

These are just three of the many ideas you’ll find if you visit Make a Million Online and sign up for a FREE Ezine Subscription.

$500 for KMart?

Dec-4-2008 By admin

Okay, since KMart has long been one of my favorite discount stores, I can do this! When I lived in Lamar, Colorado, the KMart store was about eight blocks from home. I went there often for anything from toilet paper to furniture. My house was literally filled to the brim with KMart treasures. Then slowly, along with the other victims of Wally World,  the local KMart succumbed to the economic bypass.

When I moved to Aurora, Colorado recently, I was ecstatic to see that the closest discount store to my new home was a BIG KMart. I was a happy camper. We purchased curtains, sheets and bedding (who knew the boys would leave their pillows in Lamar?), pictures for the walls of our new home, and new cookware for the electric cooktop that didn’t like my formerly contented with Gas stove Cast Iron cookware. I couldn’t believe how much more stuff I could find at KMart, and the prices were incredibly good.

Even with the current economic crunch and the move to the Big City – KMart provided affordable choices for my new home decor. When my daughter and new son-in-law wanted choice colors and styles for their newly decorated room, we hit the doors at Big KMart again and managed to decorate their room with great curtains, new bedspread, some shelves, new bedding, fluffy decorator pillows and some spiffy wall art for less than $300.00. They had enough gift money left over from their Wedding Gifts to buy transportation passes on the lightrail, that would get them to their new jobs and college classes on time.

So, now I find out that I can get a $500 gift card for posting about KMart on my blog? Imagine that… Well, here’s my blog post, and HERE is where you can see the contest information about the gift card, if you want a gift card too.
